5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your Sleepelia sleep mask, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The return must be initiated within 60 days of delivery

- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- The product should be returned in its original packaging (if possible, but not required)
What We Accept
We accept returns on:
- Unused products in original packaging
- Gently used products (we understand you need to try it!)
- Defective or damaged products
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products altered or modified by the customer
- Items returned after 60 days

- We'll send you a prepaid return label via email
